Very modern upscale decor

Staff at breakfast seemed overwhelmed and tired so service a bit lacking. Everywhere else at hotel staff helpful; pool deck with very few places to sit, no nice outdoor space to relax/pool bar; ? Heat pool; booked city view but told they had none

Reliable and clean.

The room was large and clean, Also, well located. They provided as much as you wanted free of charge Their breakfast was fantastic.

Every thing was fine. Of course, it is a little pricey but we enjoyed our two nights

I loved how accommodating the Hotel was and their staff in setting up a third bed in our room, and they looked after us very well. Room fit 3 of us and we're not tiny people.

I arrived late very tired tried to get to shower it is broken , called the manager said too late to fix i told him to rely to incoming manager in morning he never did had a lousy breakfast then went to meet with the morning manger who didn’t know about blumping problem in my room since no one told her she showed worse rooms and asked me to pay extra , decided to have my blumping fixed in the room how notable to be at Marriott and have a plumber working in your room that totally desisted me!!they over charged me from booking . Com rate 150 $!more that’s 305 $!/ night horrible evperience but pricy trying to take advantage of you managment is horrible the house keeping manger came and send me some flowers what a rip!!I noticed most of people are coming for conferences and they get theirbaccomadations free one of the worst experience from a world traveler

Muddy water in shower, changed almost 4 rooms

Was shifted to 4 different rooms, same issue of muddy water for bath

The spacious and immaculate room, very helpful staff and most of all the fabulous breakfast buffet.

-You are paying for the location more than the room size or style, be aware of that, they are a bit old fashioned for 2025.-Hair dryer was in the bathroom draw. It was a little awkward hold and use.

Nice facility in a good location with a lot of food options. Breakfast workers were very helpful when we had an early morning tour helping us get a couple snacks. Good flexibility with leaving our bags at the counter after check out to see Delhi a bit more.

Location, location, location! Being close to most of the attractions is a big plus. It means that you don't have to sit in traffic a lot and can get to wherever you need to go quickly. The India gate is just a 10min walk! The property itself is very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the service was exceptional! We had a fantastic time and the staff made sure we are treated like royalty

Hospitality and staff good

Please improve your complimentary breakfast due to some items or not available due to items prepared in the kitchen some wait but they are sir kitchen is busy please wait another 20mints

The staff was extremely hospitable and welcoming. They were quick to respond and act on requests as well.

The property doesn’t look like the photos. My room was a club category and it looked like a disco. Also the property is very old and looks it. The AC was not cooling properly. It’s not looking like a 5 star. Breakfast was full so they sent me up to a restaurant with limited options. I could have paid the same to stay in a much better hotel. So overall very disappointing.

Very good renovated hotel in city center of New Delhi

We loved the attentive service and polite smiling staff…The rooms were very clean and the beds were so very comfortable. We stayed 3 different times over a period of 2 weeks; each time was very pleasant. The reception staff were professional, polite and efficient as were all the staff were.

The club room that we stayed in wasn't value for money. The room was basic and small.

From arrival to departure all staff were smiling and happy to help. Bed was extremely comfortable - our room had very good view of the city..

This room we had the bathroom door facing the bed - where it was easy to hear what is going on in the bathroom……

The restaurants were good , room was good, bed very comfy and shower was hot…
